Tenant Find Only service:
- If we find a tenant for you, we will charge you a percentage of the first month’s rent subject to a minimum payment.
- A tenant will pay us a small administration charge if they become your tenant.
- A tenant will pay a bond of 1 month’s rent.
- We provide a Tenancy Agreement.
- We obtain relevant references from the tenant.
- We liase with the landlord to ensure that you will comply with the relevant legislation and have the proper gas and electricity certificates in place.
Management service

- We carry out a full inventory and condition report boosting full photographic evidence.
- We take meter readings and liase with utility companies informing them of incoming and outgoing tenants.
- We will register the bond with a Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
- We provide a rent collection service.
- We serve relevant legal notices.
- At the request of the landlord we carry out property inspections during the course of the tenancy.
